These are the 5 domains of well-being and happiness. Physical, financial, intellectual, emotional, and social. All these categories need to be a part of your day-to-day life for you to feel fully happy. It's also important for you to set goals for yourself, as it gives you something to look forward to. Here are things I like that correspond to the 5 domains.
Physical- Working out & running.
Financial- Money.
Intellectual- Softball- learning new things every day.
Emotional- Giving back to others.
Social- Traveling.
All of these interests allow me to set goals for my future. Things like I will work out in my free time. I will take college classes now that are paid for to help with future tuition, I will try to better all my relationships. These 5 domains will ultimately benefit my happiness now, and my future self.
